Leader of the octarian army, also a 100 year old war vet. Kinda redeemed by the end of splat 3 and was the big baddie in 1 and 2. This guy can fit so many headcanons in him, but that's for another page. He scratches records with wasabi sticks instead of hands and fights you in a mech styled after a disco ball. He also cant shift out of octopus form due to an injury from the war, which was only confirmed in a 2018 magazine blurb that got found like… 5 years later. Why must splatoon lore be so spread out.
