leader of the octarian army, also a 100 year old war vet. kinda redeemed by the end of splat 3, was the big baddie in 1 and 2. this guy can fit so many headcanons but that's for another page. he scratches records with wasabi sticks and fights you in a mech. also cant shift out of octopus form due to an injury from the war, which was only confirmed in a 2018 magazine blurb. why must splatoon lore be so spread out.
